Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, unlike other online stores, we accept returns for collections that are eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit if you are not 100 % satisfied. We take pride in our quality products and service; we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the exchange process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your special occasion. If you would like to exchange, simply send us an email cs@bridalhive.com and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

With Bridal Hive's Return Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition. All items must be unworn and unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair, and original condition. Laundered, any kind of smoke smell, used and worn items will not be accepted. Exchange must be requested within 5 days of receipt. Please note that certain collections are not eligible for return or exchange. All shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are non-refundable. An email will be sent to you with a store credit code which is good for up to a year. All purchase using a store credit are final. All WEDDING GOWNS & QUINCEANERA, PROM, MOTHER OF THE BRIDE, PAGEANT, ANY DRESS FOR THE JESSICA ANGEL COLLECTION, all item on SALE/ CLEARANCE or special order are Final Sale and Non-Exchangeable/non-Returnable.

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE!!!

  • On all international orders, please note that any additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. This may also delay delivery.
  • All sales are final after 5 days of receiving your package.
  • No refunds. We only issue store credit or a one-time exchange may be made for certain collections only.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items.
  • You are allowed 2 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2 days mark.
  • If you receive a damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of your package!
  • All items purchased from bridalhive.com are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect for your items.
  • Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately.
  • ONCE YOUR RETURN IS INITIATED, YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE TO BRIDAL HIVE. SHOULD YOU FAIL TO RETURN WITHIN THOSE 3 DAY EXCLUDING SUNDAY YOUR RETURN WILL BE VOID AND REFUSED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Order cancellation before processing:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within two (2) hours after placing the order before processing starts. by emailing customer service. After two (2) hours the order starts to process and cannot be canceled. When placing an order with multiple items, we recommend that you reach out to customer service for availability before placing the order, if one or more items are not available, we will reach out to the buyer with other options to choose from, once the buyer is agreed and confirm the replacement for that order, the order cannot be cancelled. 

    The refund amount will be the amount paid for the original purchase MINUS the processing fees. Before completing your purchase, please make sure to ask any questions you might have about the item before finalizing your order!
