Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Some of our dresses, colors, and sizes are available for pre-order only. If you are working against a tight deadline or shopping last-minute, please contact us at cs@bridalhive.com before making your purchase to get a delivery estimation.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items:
    • Processing: 2 to 5 business days.
    • Shipping: 5 to 7 business days (depending on the shipping option selected at checkout).
  • Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders: These items require additional time. Please check the individual product listing for specific timelines.

⚠️ Please Note: Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. Estimated delivery windows begin after your package has been shipped.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is not available for immediate shipping and is in production for restock, our team will contact you directly to:

    • Provide updates on production timelines and expected restock dates.
    • Offer alternative sizes, colors, or styles that are currently in stock.

Managing Your Order

    • Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will email confirmation. 
    • Expediting & Questions: If you need to expedite your order or have questions about delivery times, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
