Bridal Hive Return & Exchange Policy
At Bridal Hive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unlike many online retailers, we gladly accept returns on eligible collections for a one-time exchange or store credit if you're not 100% satisfied.
We take pride in offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to making the exchange process as simple and stress-free as possible so you can look and feel your best for your special occasion.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at cs@bridalhive.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request. One of our dedicated customer service representatives will be happy to assist you through the process.
Please note that eligibility requirements and any applicable conditions for exchanges may apply.
⏳ Crucial Deadlines
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of placement by emailing customer service. After two hours, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled unless the item is no longer available or will not arrive in time for your event.
Cancellation Fees: All approved cancellations will be refunded minus the original processing fees.
Time-Sensitive Orders: If you are on a strict deadline, we strongly recommend contacting customer service to check availability before ordering. Please note that some dresses, colors and sizes are available for pre-order only. If an item is no longer unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or the option to cancel. Once you agree to and confirm a replacement item, that order becomes final and cannot be canceled.
Standard Exchange Request: You must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your package. All domestic sales are final after 5 days.
Defects & Damage: You must inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or manufacturer-defective item, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. No exchanges or claims for defects will be accepted past this 2-day mark.
Return Shipping Window: Once your return is initiated, you have 3 days (excluding Sundays) to physically return the merchandise to Bridal Hive. If you fail to send it within this 3-day window, your return will be voided and refused—no exceptions.
Refused Deliveries: An approved delivery refusal must be done at the exact time of delivery or the very next day. Otherwise, the package will be immediately rejected by us and sent back to you.
🚫 Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not offer refunds. We only issue store credit or a one-time exchange for eligible collections. The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
Specific Collections: Wedding Gowns, Quinceañera, Prom, Children, Mother of the Bride, and Pageant dresses.
Designer Brands: All dresses from the Jessica Angel Collection and Andrea and Leo Couture.
Promotional & Custom: All items on Sale, Clearance, or Special Orders.
Previous Store Credit: All purchases made using a store credit code are final sale.
International Orders: All international sales are final.
📦 Item Condition Requirements
All returns are meticulously inspected. To qualify for a one-time exchange or store credit, items must be in perfect, original condition with all original tags firmly in place.
Items will be immediately rejected and returned to you if they show signs of:
Wear, use, alterations, snags, rips, or tears.
Stains, grease marks, pen marks, deodorant stains, or makeup.
Lint, pet hair, or human hair.
Perfume odors, smoke smells, or signs of being laundered/washed.
✈️ International Orders
International Sales: All international sales are final (no refunds, returns, or exchanges). The customer is solely responsible for all additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees, or taxes. Customs clearance may also delay delivery time.
💳 Shipping Fees & Store Credit
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. Original shipping fees applied at purchase are non-refundable.
Store Credit: Once your return is approved and processed, we will email you a store credit code. This store credit is valid for up to one year from the date of issuance.
