Shipping policy
It normally takes 7 to 15 business days for processing and 7 to 10 business days for shipping and receiving, it takes longer for pre-ordered and bulk ordered items. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. Once the order is placed, we will email you the processing and shipping information. It is recommended to email us at cs@bridalhive.com, before placing a large or pre-order to get a processing & shipping time estimation. You can also check each listing for specific shipping information. If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to expedite your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
- Some items may not be available for immediate shipping. In that case, we will contact you and let you know what styles are not available, whether we have other sizes/colors available and when do we expect them to be back in stock.
- Once your order is confirmed and paid, we will ship it out within 2-5 business days for in-stock items. The estimated delivery time will begin once the package has been shipped.
